City of Blue Springs will be forming teams and operating the Soccer League beginning with the Fall session of 2020. Games and practices will be at Hidden Valley Park Soccer Complex.

I wanted to mention a few changes regarding the age groupings and offering for our Youth Soccer Program this Fall. We will be offering divisions of U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12 and U13. Each one of these will be offered as a coed league. We may combine ages based on registration numbers. To determine which division your child falls in please take a look at the chart below (it is also attached). We place kids based off of the year they are born.
The league features an 8 game season with all equipment provided through Blue Springs Parks and Recreation (excluding shin guards and cleats). Each team will receive one practice during the week and then one on Saturday mornings. Once games begin each team will then just receive the one practice during the week and play their games on Saturday mornings. You will not know your practice time until after the coaches meeting the first week of August.
-$60 per player
-Divisions include
-U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13
-All divisions are offered as coed
Practices Begin: Week of August 10th
Games Begin: August 29th
All games and practices will take place at Hidden Valley Park
We are ALWAYS looking for VOLUNTEER PARENT COACHES! Attached are coach request forms that must be filled out and returned to me if you are interested in coaching prior to the coaches meeting. The quicker you fill these out and turn them in, the better chance you will get of receiving your choice of practice time and team color. At the coaches meeting each coach will receive their roster, practice time, team color and equipment bag for check out. Coaches will also need to complete a background check form as well, I have attached a copy. The background check can be done prior to the coaches meeting or at the coaches meeting itself.
Soccer Coaches Meeting: Wednesday, August 5th @ Blue Springs Fieldhouse. Time will be in the evening TBD.
